Resolved - On June 18th, we experienced an issue where printing labels were taking longer than usual to process and return results to the printers. We identified the root cause as a backlog of print jobs in the queue. To address this, we added additional workers to help process the queues more efficiently.

As of 4:00 PM PST, the backlog has been significantly reduced, and updates to the print history page should now be reflected promptly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our services.
