Resolved - At 07:51 AM PDT, we observed intermittent slowness in the Print API in the AM1 region. There was no outage, but some customers experienced delays printing via the API.

The system has recovered at 08:06 AM PDT, and printing operations are now functioning normally. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

New features include:
- New Announcement Banner System to Keep Users Informed. BarTender Cloud now includes a dismissible banner that displays on the BarTender Cloud Home page to communicate critical information. ​

- Print Engine Optimized. BarTender's print engine has been modified so that the Cloud service is now able to receive more print jobs without interruption. While these changes do not affect the user interface, users should notice smoother printing experience.
