On September 16, 2024, at 04:30 PST, our caching service encountered an error, leading to delays in print jobs processing. We quickly addressed the service and all related services to restore functionality. Moving forward, we are upgrading our caching service, enhancing our monitoring and alert systems, and migrating our caching servers to a dedicated cluster to improve stability and performance. We apologize for the disruption and are committed to preventing similar issues in the future.
